By setting specific goals, you will be able to find the right course that fits your needs and help you achieve your learning goals. 2. Research the different platforms When looking for the right online course, it’s essential to research the different platforms available like Udemy, Pluralsight, or LinkedIn Learning.  Each platform is unique and offers different features and benefits. Organize your desk A cluttered and disorganized desk can be a major distraction and make it hard for you to focus on your work. Remove distractions As a programmer, it’s essential to minimize distractions and keep your workspace focused and productive.
